各类不同面料材质拉链袋生产要点

①BOPP或哑光膜类拉链袋

印刷工序：需要使用耐温性油墨，而不能用普通轻包油墨，版面设计尽量设计为边封留2mm以上的透明边为佳，如果整版设计图案的，尽量设计为有托白设计（即色墨下面有白色油墨层）。

由于面料材质属于钢性材料，本身属于耐温材料，封边耐温性非常优良，但是这仅仅是表层的耐温。对于复合膜而言，还是同样需要选择耐温性油墨和胶水。当然，由于表层耐温，拉链的热封温度区间的选择会有更广的范围。

It is required that aluminum plating does not cause transfer, and at the same time, it can prevent high-temperature wrinkling and delamination when sealing the zipper, especially at the zipper head position.
