发布于:2017/01/05 PE是高压聚乙烯的通称,是丁二烯经聚合物制取的一种热塑性塑料。在工业生产上,也包含丁二烯与小量α-烯烃的预聚物。高压聚乙烯无臭,无毒性,触感似蜡,具备优质的耐寒特性(更少应用溫度达到-70~-100℃),有机化学可靠性好,可耐大部分强酸强碱的腐蚀(不抗具备空气氧化特性的酸),常温状态不溶解一般有机溶剂,吸水能力小,绝缘特性优质;但高压聚乙烯针对自然环境地应力(有机化学与机械设备功效)是很比较敏感的,耐高温脆化能力差。高压聚乙烯的特性因种类而异,关键在于分子式和相对密度。选用不一样的生产制造方式必得不一样相对密度(0.91~0.96g/cm3)的物质。高压聚乙烯能用一般热固性塑料的成形方式(见塑料造粒)生产加工。
